Here at ApeSwap, we’re all about helping our fellow apes in as many ways as possible. So, for the eighth day of Cryptomas we gathered eight of the Core Team’s most near & dear charities to coordinate a donation!
ApeSwap will be donating a minimum of 4% of our 2021 Q4 DEX revenue (that would normally go to the treasury fees) to 8 different charities detailed below. To make the holidays even sweeter, we will match up to another 4% based on community donations, for a maximum total of 8%!
We’ll be accepting matched donations to the below address for 1 week and will tweet out the results and donations on Jan 8th!
To participate, simply send any currency on BSC, Polygon, Eth to 0xF6758497B908107011162E8c6673352224F34A67 and we’ll match it to our total donation pool, up to an additional 4%!
Charity #1: St. Jude
Baby apes (well, humans) are near & dear to our hearts, so St. Jude was a natural pick for one of ApeSwap’s donations! St. Jude does meaningful work providing care to advance both cures and means of prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. St Jude strives to ensure no child is denied treatment based on race, religion, or a family’s ability to pay. ❤️
Charity #2: National Kidney Foundation
We know all apes have big hearts, but unfortunately, some need kidneys. ❤️ Thus, ApeSwap has chosen The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) for one of our donations. NKF focuses on the patients through the lens of kidney health, ensuring lives are saved with such focus. Relentless in their work, they enhance lives through action, education, and accelerating change.
Charity #3: Lunch for Children
It hurts Obie Dobo’s heart to see just one ape without food, let alone a village full of children. This was a no-brainer for us here at ApeSwap, join us as we fight the fight against hunger. ❤️ Lunch for Children is dedicated to battling hunger by focusing on food charity for school children in Uganda. Hosted through Binance, your anti-hunger donations go towards helping students in desperate situations in Africa with a view to changing the world for the better.
Charity #4: 4Mindz
In the jungle awareness is key… you never know what a fellow ape is going through! This is why it’s important to us at ApeSwap to ensure mental health for all this holiday season. ❤️ We have chosen 4Mindz Foundation as one of our donation options. 4Mindz foundation was set up towards suicide prevention and to help those fighting mental health issues. 4Mindz hosts yearly events with the aim to come together and raise awareness to their campaign as well as open the conversation on mental health as a whole.
Charity #5: Mr. Beast Teamseas
Did you know that our earth is 71% ocean, most of which is filled with garbage? So we want to look out for our aquatic friends! We’re ready to dive in by joining Teamseas to help keep our oceans clear of debris. Teamseas is aiming to be one of the most-impactful cleanup projects of all time. Using cutting-edge river Interceptors, info on locally-organized cleanups, ghost-gear removal efforts, and professional expeditions to areas where we can have the greatest conservation impact! ❤️
Charity #6: Save the Children
Not all apes have a fair shot at life, so we want to do our best to change that! Save the Children’s mission is to provide lifesaving relief to children in the form of food, clothing, and shelter. ❤️ Through the decades, Save the Children has continued to work to save children’s lives, and we’re excited to help them continue that journey.
Charity #7: Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation
Can you tell our team has a soft spot for kids by now? ❤️ Well, we’ve got one more, Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation! This gift ensures that Children’s Hospital Colorado can respond effectively to the greatest challenges and situations for patients’ health — enabling them to care for every child who needs them, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.
Charity #8: Bananas
And finally, what would an ApeSwap philanthropic initiative be if there weren’t some Bananas involved? Well, we found the perfect charity for that! Bananas' mission is to partner with families and child care providers to raise happy, confident children. ❤️ They do this by providing child care referrals, payment assistance programs (child care subsidies), workshops, playgroups, coaching, and support groups to our community of parents, caregivers, and child care providers.
